One of our customers who is the dealer of Mitsubishi forklifts find KingClima and want to ask for the forklift cab air conditioners solution. After a series of discuss and finally ensure our E-Clima2200 model of electric air conditioners for its forklift. After many series of problems solve, the air conditioners works very well.

3 ton small forklift (Mitsubishi brand), 12V voltage, 880*950mm size, alternator is 12V 50A and battery is 12V 80 AH.

E-Clima2200 air conditioner requests current is 45A current, but the forklift only have 50A current,which should to use for the forklift basic electric needs, such as for lights, horn and so on. So it is not enough electric for air conditioner, which will result in the air conditioner not cooling.

The solutions is to increase the current of the alternator, but how?

Match a suitable new alternator with the forklift.
We were purchased one alternator can matched the forklift according to the drawing of original alternator.As the following pictures The current is 12V 90A.
Then,The alternator has enough power to charge the battery and drive the air conditioner well!
